Identity before input
No meter without a property. No reading without a meter. No bill floating outside its cycle.
MeterPilot connects every property, meter, reading, billing cycle and official bill—so the number on screen always has a source.

Captured from MeterPilot on Android · No concept UI
Most utility tools begin with a payable amount. MeterPilot begins earlier—with the physical meter, the date it was observed, and the property it belongs to.
That creates a ledger you can verify before a bill arrives and reconcile after it does.
No meter without a property. No reading without a meter. No bill floating outside its cycle.
Observed readings, calculated usage and provider-issued bill values remain distinct.
Cycle closure, deletion and future automation always remain reviewable.
The same property and meter identity follows the user from setup to report.
Create Home, Workshop, Office or Rental deliberately. The active property controls what you see, while All Properties provides an honest portfolio view.

Choose the reading date once, see which meters are eligible, and enter only the displays you observed. Each card keeps its last saved value and date in view.

Open a meter to see its current display, cycle usage and an interactive reading trend. The same page keeps the full chronological ledger close at hand.

MeterPilot tells you which dates, meters and readings are included. “About” means an interval crossed a boundary—not that missing time was counted as zero.

The official read date creates the next boundary only after you review the bill. Add issue and due dates or payment status when they appear, without confusing them with the meter’s read date.
Use a repeatable reading routine to estimate cycle progress, spot unusual consumption, and avoid end-of-month surprises.
