MeterPilot trust center
Delete your MeterPilot account
For accounts used in the MeterPilot Android app
You can request deletion directly inside MeterPilot. This is the fastest and most secure method because the app can verify that you control the account.
What happens next
The request enters a seven-day cancellation period. You may cancel it from the app during that time. After the period ends, MeterPilot deletes your account, authentication tokens, memberships, exports, and cloud data in workspaces you solely own. Google authorization is revoked on a best-effort basis.
Shared workspaces
If you own a workspace with other active members, transfer ownership before requesting deletion. This prevents deletion of data that belongs to collaborators.
Data that may remain temporarily
Infrastructure backups and minimal security or legal records may persist only for their normal expiry period or as required by law. Individual meter records deleted separately can remain in a restricted recovery pool for up to 90 days. Local guest data on a device is controlled by that app installation and can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling MeterPilot.
Cannot access the app?
Use the secure account-help form and enter the Google email address associated with your MeterPilot account. We will verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send a password, Google token, bill image, payment information, or identity document through the form.
Deleting your MeterPilot account is permanent after the cancellation period. Export anything you want to keep first from Privacy & data in the app.
